Hardware? Erm, I can't exactly go as far as fully-detailed rig specs, but I know the art/design team run dual monitors, and a few other departments which are probably NVIDIA Quadros graphics cards or ATI's equivalent... Maybe Quad Xeons? Meh..

Software? As far as that goes, I know they use Cinema 4D at least.

According to an article I read (I lost the link or I would provide it) thier servers run on Windows Server 2003 with Microsoft SQL server edition. I have been told that most of the actual coding machines are running XP Pro 64bit, but do not have a source for that either.

I would suspect server do not need a lot of graphics. I would also be amazed if they were using Vista for coding. I would also not see too much benefit in 64 bit versus 32 bit. The client graphics are awesome and I am happy that they work pretty well with low spec graphic cards, unlike NWN2 which requires higher end graphic cards and has pretty lousy graphics IMHO.

GW's graphics partially come from good textures, and some nice post processing poured over it. If you turn those off, you need alot less graphical power.

The servers don't need any graphics. Most likely they are running Linux or maybe some form of Windows server OS.

I would actually be surprised if the server had a monitor even connected at all times.
